Well I uninstalled game and redid it and got it working fine, takes bit to start but it does and goes throught game tutorial and all fine after that.
Once installed go to in game folder and find the cracks folder which be in stupid writing and open it up, copy the cracks to game folder by right click and select copy then go back main game folder and paste them which over write others there.
Don't run game of desktop icon as thats no good take one from main folder and put desktop to use.
Also two DLL's in crack folder so copy then to C:|WINOWS\Syetm folder as well.
I also put them in game folder as well just in case and game runs fine now no problems but slow starting so wait few minutes to do startup....

Game works fine but when I came back to it a day later I cannot load saved games just closes on loading. tried reinstalling same issue.
