Octodad: Dadliest Catch is a game about destruction, cunning and paternity. The player has to manage the Octopip, the agile octopus, the pretending man. The life of Octopipus takes place in a constant struggle, in which he has to cope with everyday tasks with the help of his boneless tentacles, while keeping his osmotic essence secretly from his human family. In this continuation of the original adventures of Octopip, our cephalopod hero turns out to be another scuffle - with growing distrust of his wife, he is forced to undertake an exceptionally unsuccessful trip to the local aquarium. Do you have enough paternal qualities to control a titled octopus father while he tries to hide his marine origin from the family and leave his tentacles unharmed? In October 2010, a team of students released the original version of Octodad to the world. Despite the general belief that this is just a simulator of an ordinary human father, the game became a cult hit, received coverage in the press and became a finalist in the student category of the Independent Games Festival. Octodad has attracted enough attention to push the team to a fundraising campaign at Kickstarter and the formation of Young Horses studio - all in order to make a new game about the Octopus bigger, better and give proper polishing. Two and a half years after the beginning of development, Octodad: Dadliest Catch (in the transfer of "Octopip: Paternal Catch") is ready to clumsily flop into your arms.
