Ghost of a Tale tells the story of a valiant mouse minstrel Tilo, who set off on a journey full of dangers, hoping to get out of the dungeons of the Thawing Tower fortress and learn the fate of his beloved named Mara. The plot of the game takes place in a medieval world where rats rule all other creatures. You will find an epic and at the same time deeply personal narrative, combined with elements of classic adventure, action-RPG and open world, seasoned with juicy and extremely realistic visual component. Having at your disposal the natural dexterity and stealth of mice, as well as their ability to disguise, along with the musical talent of the minstrel, you have to explore the decaying fortress. You will visit many places from spider-filled catacombs to the surrounding forests and the shores of the lake, tirelessly avoiding the threats lurking everywhere and revealing the secrets of days gone by. The melting towers are an extremely unsafe place for a little mouse who is barely able to fight back others. Only cunning and agility can save Tilo when meeting with deadly opponents who are twice as tall as he. Communicate with the inhabitants of the melting towers, make friendship with former enemies and do everything possible to find your beloved, Marah.
