Fez is an indie game developed by the independent studio Polytron Corporation. Originally it was announced by its creator, Phil Fish, on TIGSource.com on July 17, 2007. In later stages of development was shown in the "Indie Game: The Movie". The plot unfolds around a two-dimensional little man named Gomez, who lives in a village in a 2D world. One day, Gomez met a three-dimensional object - the Cube, from which he received as a gift a magical fez, wearing which you get the opportunity to experience the third dimension. When Gomez begins to explore his new ability, the Cube suddenly explodes, after which the two-dimensional world began to malfunction, and then completely stopped. The game reboots and Gomez wakes up, discovering that he can now explore the world in three dimensions. Now the protagonist will have to collect all the fragments of the exploded Hypercube, which were scattered all over the world, before this world is torn to pieces.
