    the game is fully in russian and you cant change fucking language this dude fails with another repack his repacks are either broken or just fully russian which just so happens to not be mentioned at all the language edit in file doesnt work it ignores all changes im done with this guy

    Open up the Oblivion.ini file located in the directory Documents\My Games\Oblivion and search for the phrase "iLanguage" and you should get a line that says "iLanguage=1". Change the 1 to a 0.

    For reference: 0 is English, 1 is German, 2 is French, 3 is Spanish and 4 is Italian
