The player acts in the role of Mondo Zappa (Mondo Zappa), who receives a job offer from the government agency called The Execution Office, which is controlled by a semi-cyber Brian Roses (Brian Roses). The game takes place in the world of the future, where the modification of the body and the journey to the moon have become commonplace. The main character will use swords to destroy enemies, in addition his left hand is modified and can be turned into a firearm, drill and other things. Killer is Dead has an unusual graphic style, and demonstrates dynamic battles in the style of the slashers.
