The Ball is an action adventure in the first person, featuring an unusual gameplay and using the engine from Epic, Unreal ™ Engine 3. You are stuck in a cave, being a brave archaeologist working on the slopes of an extinct volcano somewhere in Mexico. It's getting to you very quickly that it's not just a cave. You discover ancient ruins, which for many centuries have been hidden from outsiders, and find a mysterious artifact - the Ball, chained in a shell of gold and metal. Moving forward and solving the mystery of this amazing place, you must reveal the secrets of the Ball and learn how to manage this ancient artifact. Deepening more and more, you reveal some of the greatest mysteries of mankind, and on your way rise not only puzzles and traps, but also a variety of strange creatures - keepers of the mystery. You have to overcome these creatures, using only the Ball as your only weapon.
